Review on LW Triangle Sushi Onigiri White: Perfectly Shaped Delight for Japanese Cuisine Aficionados by Will Powers

I enjoy making onigiri from time to time and recently decided to try some shapes by hand other than my usual ones. The quality of these molds corresponds to that of plastic tools. I was impressed with the texture in them which helps shape the onigiri and these molds have built in "buttons" to push the rice out of the molds. I usually use cling film to keep the molds from getting dirty. You will receive two sizes: a medium size and a smaller size. This is a great suggestion for an avid onigiri maker :)
