As compared to the Olympus 45mm 1.8, I found the macro focus to be too slow to be useful as a portrait lens (even if you set the limiter to the longest distance). Other from that, it's a wonderful workhorse and my go-to lens. Someone mentioned vignetting as a downside; in most cases, Lightroom or Camera RAW can fix vignetting by doing a "one-two" correction. In addition to the previously established "on time" default.
