Garbage. Do not buy. Unreliable and cheap.

I had some issues with this unit so I was about to return it for a refund. Firstly, the manual is vague at best, telling you to "find the phone on the charger", i.e. place it on the charger. I tried for two days and got nothing. I thought it was DOA, but after one last frustrating try I finally managed to load it up. There is a specific way to put it on the charger so it turns on properly before charging. You need to center it on the charger and press firmly on the phone to connect. The manual doesn't talk about it. nope Of course not. Would save a lot of headaches. Once I got over the learning curve, it all seemed to flow seamlessly. However, another issue is that it doesn't charge quickly. I have the correct connector for fast charging, but it still charges slowly. I like that it stands upright and can be used while charging, but I don't recommend it as a fast charger as it doesn't work for me. After all, it's unreliable. I've put it on the charger several times to charge overnight and made sure it's charging with a red light, only to find that when I wake up in the morning the green light is off, indicating it's charged. Because it isn't. At some point in the middle of the night it just stopped charging. To me it's just unforgivable. There are better chargers out there.
