Light, responsive and with good grip. Very fast shoes. I don't like running shoes. The shoes feel too heavy and slow. shoes, but not really. The heel drop is not that big. I usually run 2-4 miles in these shoes. It looks like a great shoe for 5K. The only downside for me is that the laces have to be tied twice. Laces with undone if not.
