Review on 🚗 High-Quality Plastic End-Tank Radiator for Jeep Grand Cherokee 2001-2004 by Mishimoto by Scott Gamache

This will be the fourth wheel to be installed on my 2004 Grand Cherokee due to quality issues. With the exception of the factory installed OEM module, all the cheap heatsinks I installed didn't last long. Mishimoto rad replaces a Chinese made POS that leaked not in plastic tanks but in the core itself and didn't even survive three months! So I decided to do a little research and settled on this device and I'm happy with my choice. The build quality is not striking, but it is noticeable on closer inspection. Fits great although I did notice the aftermarket cap was loose. I replaced it with a factory cap and although it's still tight, this one doesn't fall off. Mishimoto uses adapters on the transmission cooler that allow for a factory connection, or with standard hose adapters to connect to an additional cooler that I added as everything was stripped down. To my surprise, I found that several aftermarket companies were offering this model, which reinforced my choice. The lifetime warranty is a huge plus, especially for a car that seems to eat these things like candy.
