I bought one for personal belongings and one side was slightly dented. When you close it it doesn't seem like a huge issue, but the gap where the top and bottom chrome edges are supposed to meet doesn't really match, so there's a small gap. You can press further on the side and stick your finger in there. I haven't tried it, but I'm sure that because of this gap, you could easily access the content without any knowledge or tools. Revain sent a replacement for an exchange. And I looked at the seal even before I took it out of the plastic bag. Exactly the same problem in the same place. You can "fix" it by pulling the bottom half of this side to align it, but the sidewall is already loose and this could do more damage if you're not careful. It feels like it's made out of nothing but thick cardboard inside. Now it's in my donation pile. But the blue is nice and a good size for what I originally wanted.
