Review on Greatlizard Golf Swing Training Aid: Ultimate Practice Warm-Up Stick for Enhanced 🏌️ Flexibility, Strength, and Tempo Training – Ideal Golf Accessories for Both Men and Women by Jeffrey Kue

Finally fixed my driver swing path and added an easy +35yds in 3 weeks

I've been using the swing trainer pre-round and before/between shots at the range. I had a bad slice and I hated to hit my driver, as no matter what I tried I couldn't get my swing path in-to-out and I'd lose balls. I finally got this as it has completely changed my game off the tee. I when I would hit my good driver shots prior, I'd be in the range of 220-250yds; Now only after 3 weeks, I'm consistently hitting 245-280yd (I even got 312yd-er off a good dry bounce and roll). Here is a trick I've found: Do 3 reps with the weighted end then flip it around and hold it backwards, do 3 reps whipping it fast, back to 3 weighted, and then hit 3 range shots.Note: Still had to figure out how to control my club face but that became much easier to sort out after the trainer helped fix my tempo, body rotation, and path.

Pros
  • β›³Strength Your Muscle: The weighted head and flexible shaft assist with weight transfer during the backswing and help align your body properly, build muscle memory and strengthen your swing. It is a good way to give you more power and better control.
Cons
  • May not help with the mental aspects of the game
