Should I process the RMA?” AFTER POSTING THE PHOTOS OF THE HARD DRIVE INSIDE THEN THERE WILL BE NO REPLY! THE DISC DEFINITELY LOOKS LIKE A WD WITH A LABEL. Is it 7200 rpm? WE HAVE TO DISASSEMBLE IT! VERIFIED FOR SURFACE TEST WITH PARAGON DISK PARTITION AND NO BAD SECTORS. THANK GOD!
