I like NOW products but not ZMA
I love NOW products and have used many of them over the years. That being said, I don't think I've had much health benefit from taking ZMA. I was hoping to at least notice a difference in sleep quality as I often have restless sleep due to work, stress, commitments etc. However, I didn't notice much of a change after using the bottle for 60 days. Needless to say, ZMA is one of the supplements I decided to cross off the list. I gave this product 2 stars because it likely contains high quality ingredients. It's just that these ingredients do little to improve sleep.
