Bag sent by the travel gods

Only read if you MUST. But be aware that you are wasting your time reading long reviews when you can already travel with this wonderful bag! The top pocket is ideal for quick access to small accessories. I usually leave my chargers, small headphones and luggage scales here. Maybe even hand sanitizer. I usually put my boarding pass and passport in the flat front pocket. I don't usually travel with anything else that could fit in there, so I never "lose" them in this bag. If security is important when storing your passport in this pocket, they also fit in the top pocket. The buckles (when closed) interfere with the zipper, so I don't think it would be that easy for someone to get in there without me noticing. The next pocket is where I keep some ink pens, the word search puzzle book, my house/car keys, my charger, and my Fitbit straps and other small accessories that might fall in there. This is also where I keep my snacks until I'm ready to eat something. The main compartment offers space for a lot of things. I would recommend a packing cube or two. On my first trip with this bag, I was able to fit a pair of shoes, a medium-sized packing cube, my toiletries kit, and my Ona Bowery camera bag. Since I also had my wife's MacBook Pro in the laptop compartment, the bag got a bit heavy. I think he weighed over 20 pounds. I won't always be traveling with this much luggage, but now I know that this backpack can take the weight. I never knew I needed straps to store them until I got this bag. Now they always refill unless I'm in a hurry through the terminal! But the straps are comfortable! I only use the hip belt when my shoulders hurt BEFORE I put the bag on my back. Thanks to the small lining of the hip belt, it does not cause any discomfort. I heard this bag fits under airplane seats. I didn't believe it. However, I have seen several reviews with photo proof of this! I measured the bag and compared it to Southwest's recommendations and it definitely fit the bill. I also saw a bag tucked under the Delta and American seats. It seems to come out a little. I hope the flight attendants are good! I wrote this review on an airplane. Before getting off the plane, I decided to put my bag under the seat to see if the rumors were true. HE FITS! photo attached. I got this bag because I wanted to travel with fewer bags. If I can fit MORE stuff in ONE bag and NOT break my back OR break the bank, I'm all for it! There are many other bags for twice the price of this one, but sometimes you just don't need all the bells and whistles. If you judge this 30 liter bag by how big it should be: next time just buy a bigger bag! Buy what you need instead of buying what you don't need and then complaining it doesn't fit. Good Trip!
