The ability to save information about all of our projects in one place is very useful! I really like that it allows us to share files with other members within my organization quickly without having to open up an additional workspace or another document. Sometimes there are glitches when trying to load documents into different sections such as 'My Team' which can take awhile but they eventually come through. We haven't noticed any negative aspects using this software so far though would love if we could have more customization options available. It's easy enough to use once its set-up correctly however getting things setup/configured requires some help from someone who knows how to do these steps properly or maybe even get support depending upon what version you're working off of? Make sure you read everything carefully before proceeding. You will definitely need someone knowledgeable at least when setting it up initially.
