This shoe could be good if some things were different. First, the shoes are not white! Ivory or cream colored shoes. The white Velcro contrasts with the darker, non-white color of the shoe. I even compared the color to the new white tights. These shoes are definitely not white. Second, the shoes have loose insoles that move. Third, the shoes came in a dirty/dusty bag. There were no special labels or other indications that I received a new product. However, the shoes looked clean. The shoes look cute but they are not what I expected.
