Review on 🌿 Naturium Niacinamide Gel Cream 5% - 1.7oz: Complete Skincare Solution by Susan Lautner

I am 29 years old and just beginning the skin care journey. My mother is a retired dermatologist but her training dates back years and her advice is "Just soap, water and a washcloth!" along with tretinoin gel was too harsh on my face. I have very sensitive skin - even Vanicream and Cetaphil lotions and creams cause rashes. So far the only (!) moisturizer that I can safely use on my face and body without causing a lot of small pimples and itching is Ceravè Daily Moisturizing Lotion. I'm also sensitive to oxybenzone, so finding the right SPF was a big challenge. After reading all the good reviews, I was hoping for this moisturizer and wanting to introduce niacinamide into my routine. Unfortunately I'm here to share my first experience with cystic acne - I have a large, painful bump on my forehead and this is the only new product I've recently introduced. It's also worth noting that the seal on my jar was broken. The packaging seemed perfectly fine until I opened the tin and the seal broke and got stuck in the lid. I really hope I received a genuine product! All in all a disappointing experience.
