Brand new controller with faceplate removed and replaced with a cool wood grain faceplate. This is not a sticker. The bezel material feels good and looks great. All buttons and analog sticks work great. I think the only difference is that their bezel is a bit thicker than the OEM one and only affects the two "Share" and "Options" buttons (if you have the muscle memory to press those buttons often, you have to You learn to push them bit by bit). a bit more conscious, and I got used to it very quickly).
