I value a decent online shopping experience, so I was very let down by Geniusidea's online shop. My experience was anything but excellent, despite their assurance of superior customer care. Their checkout procedure was as slow as a snail in molasses, and their product descriptions were as obvious as mud. I won't even begin to discuss their delivery. I had plenty of time to develop a beard while I waited for my package because it was moving so slowly. Geniusidea's online store is, in essence, a brilliant idea gone wrong.
