Great starting point for a fitness tracker

This is one of the cheapest trackers and a good starting point for determining if this is an area to invest in. To be honest I'm not sure how exactly. all the measurements are there but it doesn't seem to be anything I personally need to know. This gives me a pretty reasonable picture of the metrics and for now I'm willing to believe what he's saying. I think the pedometer is the least reliable since I've been a programmer, and at the end of the day it says I've taken 7,000 steps, which is close to someone who has been actively running, which makes me doubt its reliability. sedentary reminder, sleep analysis and heart rate monitor. The number of workouts is good too, especially the high impact workouts. My biggest complaint is probably the battery life. Exercise every 2 days may seem good, but it becomes like a daily one. Overall it's good value for money. Get it, see if it brings you valuable information about your daily physical activity and if you enjoy it, and update it later.
