This scanner is a waste of time and money - I would give it zero stars if I could.
I have a 2012 BMW 328i and all the features of this scanner are either not supported or not compatible. It's useless, can't reset or see codes and is supposed to be a BMW scanner. I tried searching the website to see if I needed an upgrade and couldn't even find the company's website. Don't buy this tool, burn your money instead, it will be a lot less frustrating. It doesn't do anything it's supposed to do, I had to take the car to the shop just to turn off the warning light and this tool should do it. This scanner looks and sounds good, but it's as useless as a car without wheels.
