After carefully blending, bagging, labeling, shrink-wrapping and pricing my essential oils, when I was demonstrating the product with a test bottle, I found the ball fell out and half of it was spilled ingredients all over you. I was so embarrassed and angry that Revain allowed such a product to be sold on their website. The same happened with the blue and green roller on the bottles. The only thing left for me is to WARN my customers before purchasing the product that the ball will likely fall out. This was also done with the 2 ounce blue roll on the bottles. I spilled half a bottle of very expensive oils with one of these bottles. I have now ordered metal balls on bottles. I'll try them and see if they work better.
