The ability to have all of our orders in one place, with the option to edit them before we ship out or after they are received by the customer. We are able to track everything from when an item was ordered through shipment and receipt. It can be slow sometimes but overall it has been very helpful! I wish there were more options available within the system to make things easier. Currently you cannot add your own fields which would help us keep up with inventory better. Instead we must create new ones every time something changes. This makes keeping up difficult as well as adding new items. Also, if someone does not know how to use the program, then it could take longer than expected to get used to.
