This is a very good chair for the price. I especially like the way they pack screws etc. Very clear labeling and in my opinion a big improvement over normal blister packs. That's pretty comfortable for a man who's 6 feet tall and weighs 175 pounds. Adjustment is easy, rolls well, everything you want in a chair. I've seen some complaints here about overlapping metal plates between the back of the chair and the main base plate. In my case, this was specified in the instructions. No problem. I design cars for a living and I don't think it's a big problem, doesn't interfere with assembly and helps take the load off the bottom of the chair if anything, I've seen a few pics of the o-ring all around the stitch loosening. . Mine too. A few drops of superglue hardened it, the rubber ring is purely decorative anyway in my opinion. Hang in there, everything will be fine. Great bang for the buck! I would buy again and highly recommend. I didn't take anything away from my 5 star rating because my eventual objections weren't worth making a very good economical product even look a little bad compared to the trivial BS.
