
It's easy to use! The support team are amazing too - they're always quick at responding to my emails (and I'm not talking about just when it comes time to renew). Nothing really but that would be because we haven't had much need of this product so far other than our own internal training needs which have been met by having someone else do all those things in house rather than paying an outside agency who charge you per hour/day etc. We've used them as part-time staff members doing some admin tasks such as registrations, event management and data entry into databases like Eventbrite where people can book tickets online.
