The system is very easy to use with its intuitive dashboard that makes it fairly user-friendly as well;it has many functionalities such data analysis/reporting tools which make managing various processes extremely efficient especially if you have multiple employees working for your organization.The software can sometimes lock up or freeze when editing different tasks from one screen to another even though there are no errors being shown but just freezes temporarily until i close out of edit mode.This happens often enough so I would say keep an eye open while using this product be prepared to restart several times throughout each session until all tabs in question refresh properly without freezing during edits between pages or windows. This helps ensure smooth operation.I've been able solve some problems concerning process management by having access to our business's performance status reports via PMP Dashboard - this was helpful because we had trouble finding ways around solving certain problem areas within our workflow (ease of doing new projects / tracking progress.
