Review on Zenlogy Unbleached Parchment Square Sheets by Carolyn Lawson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

It doesn't work without them!

I first bought these squares for my craft projects (diamond painting in particular) and someone mentioned she uses them between ground beef pies. A great idea! I live alone and food packaging has always been a problem. Now it's child's play. I buy a packet of all the beef hot dogs, then wrap each in a sheet and place them on a zipper in a single layer. Now I can take them out individually and put them in the microwave. The same with sausage. I buy a roll, cut it open and put a sheet of this parchment between each patty, zip them all up and can take them out one by one if needed. Great for pork chops too. I freeze almost everything because groceries always come in family containers that are way too big for one person. I've found it's also great for wrapping bear claws and other sweet treats. I could stand for an hour cutting my roll of parchment into little squares, but it's a waste of time if I can only use those squares. They're also great for baking canned cookies. Simply place one cookie per sheet and place the baking sheet in the oven. The usage is endless. I highly recommend them. I didn't write a review when I first bought it, but then only used it for crafting. Now I use them for everything so I'll buy them again.
