Ideal for frozen storage.

Great little sheets for separating food to be frozen into individual portions. Significantly saves freezer space by using larger and more efficient containers. Most things I've frozen come right off the tin and are ready to go.

Great on frozen bread

I bought these square sheets of parchment to sandwich between frozen carrot/pumpkin/banana bread. This makes it much easier to remove a loaf from the container when they are placed between each loaf. I also love that these sheets are biodegradable and food safe.

Impressed Mr. Home

I bought these for my husband to use with his cast iron hamburger press. He scoffed at the idea, but I convinced him to give it a try. He LOVES them and will never make burgers without them again! They are the perfect size so nothing sticks or spills. He's impressed that it's not that easy. I will definitely buy them again.

No perfect squares!

I was going to use these as release paper for my diamond designs but the uneven sides bother me. They appear to have gone through a manual paper cutter and exceeded the maximum amount of paper the cutter can handle, so they are uneven. I'm not sure what other uses I can come up with for them as I don't bake/cook often. I have no doubt that they are good for cooking. I would like to know if I can order another square unbleached parchment paper. I hope the company will review their products for…

It doesn't work without them!

I first bought these squares for my craft projects (diamond painting in particular) and someone mentioned she uses them between ground beef pies. A great idea! I live alone and food packaging has always been a problem. Now it's child's play. I buy a packet of all the beef hot dogs, then wrap each in a sheet and place them on a zipper in a single layer. Now I can take them out individually and put them in the microwave. The same with sausage. I buy a roll, cut it open and put a sheet of this…
