Review on Zenlogy Unbleached Parchment Square Sheets by Shannon Hernandez

I was going to use these as release paper for my diamond designs but the uneven sides bother me. They appear to have gone through a manual paper cutter and exceeded the maximum amount of paper the cutter can handle, so they are uneven. I'm not sure what other uses I can come up with for them as I don't bake/cook often. I have no doubt that they are good for cooking. I would like to know if I can order another square unbleached parchment paper. I hope the company will review their products for quality control.
