We love the style and size of the light. We decided to paint the "wood texture" as it didn't fit in our dining room. A can of black spray paint did the trick. 4 stars because the bracket that attaches the light to the ceiling is a bit flimsy and could be better designed. Comment on this lighting style. Since it has a closed top over the bulbs (which everyone seems to have), we were surprised by a very large rectangular shadow on the ceiling, which we weren't expecting. Well we love this style so I created an upward lighting solution using the closet's upward lighting. It works great for lighting the ceiling just right.
