The net fell out after a day of use. Got a replacement.
The product would be great if the net didn't give out after a day of use. The staples jumped out of the seams on both the seat and backrest. I'm 5'11", 200 lbs. So this should support me with no issues. Update: Customer service is working with me. I'll update later. They sent me a replacement. I'm giving a 3 star rating until I see it lasts a long time.then i will update again.they were very nice and supportive in changing chair.
