Cheap but good fit

I was concerned about the sizing after reading conflicting reviews but found the small size to be perfect for my 5 lb Chihuahua mix without being too tight or too loose. She has an 8" neck, 13" chest and 10" back. 4 out of 6 t-shirts are made out of t-shirt-like material. The other 2 are made out of some kind of thin blend of polyester and lycra that looks to me a Halloween costume material that, while not as stretchy as the first, still flexes a bit and feels breathable.
