I'm one of the few gamers who thinks the PS Vita is a great console with a lot of potential to be much better and maybe even match the 3DS to be able to However, over time and with features added to the original hardware and a weak library, it's already pretty easy to see WHY it didn't catch on, especially when it could use games that a lot of people recognized. Now we come to this particular supplement and. This is the perfect instant PSVita upgrade with the extra L2 and R2 buttons. But what is it mainly used for? Well, games that could have used this feature years ago like Jak and Daxter, Rachet and Clank, Insert and PS1 Classic, and a game that lets you assign rear touchpad controls. I recently played Rachet and Clank with this add-on and the difference is as clear as day and night. The strafing R2 works great in games 2 and 3 and I was able to beat the more strenuous hoverboard levels in First R&C. PS1 title? I've found many classic PS1 games much easier to handle than using the front or back touchpads when assigning button layouts. Why Sony didn't include the R2 or L2 trigger is beyond me and this addition to the original PS Vita is a must if you plan on getting a Vita in the future.
