Its a solid feel, after u install them u will noticed it gives a little weight to the controller, the 9mm Shell buttons feel good, they are raised a little higher then ur stock buttons, oh nice that they give u an extra set of trigger springs, my old set broke in half so that a plus :) the only thing i have to get use to, is the thumb sticks, its rather smooth in the center but nice ridges surrounding the thumb stick to give that grip, all in all, its nice solid button set

This review isn’t entirely about the product but also shipping and availability. I originally ordered the blue set with 2 day shipping, 3 or 4 times it did not arrive on the scheduled date and kept getting pushed back. I even received a notification that I needed to verify I want this item after it failed to arrive the 2nd or 3rd time. I did want it so I confirmed. Solid build. Very well build, the machine cuts and precision is on point. had no issues installing it on gen 1 JDM-011. Screws were a very plus as old screws ware out over time. If you have trouble setting the R3 and L3 button just force it a little bit in place then after Assembling the whole controller back just keep pressing them and hold down it will set over time. Wish the option, share and ps buttons were also available.

Great feel. Install was fairly simple if you make sure to be gentle and don't force anything on the controller. Watch a video on how to install new buttons and analog and you're set. The screwdriver didn’t work after I installed the buttons. Now the controller isn’t completely together because the screws are still loose. Other than that, the buttons feel fine but I wish they tested the tools sent or possibly sent multiple.Update— hardly ever use this controller anymore because I couldn’t get it to close back together right with the new install parts. Excellent button replacements for the Gen1 controllers. Trigger buttons were the primary need, and seem much sturdier than the cheap triggers that come stock. The factory trigger buttons always seem to break the support pins, and the plastic replacements are no comparison to these triggers. Easy to install, and well worth it! A+++++!

Great product! The coloring and textures of the buttons are flawless. If you know how to install these buttons, then you’ll be easily satisfied, but make sure you have the correct ps4 controller model before purchasing because some people make that mistake. Buttons take a small bit of time to get use to, but after that you’ll continue using your controller as before, just with beautifully designed buttons!

Amazing customer service. My controller was weird and is a strange mash up between gen1 and Gen 2. Everything fit my non light bar TouchPad except the l1 and r1 buttons which are the Gen 2 touch bar light style. I messaged the seller and they took care of me quickly and had the correct parts. Even for the other set that I ordered over a year prior.

It's pretty great but the triggers are a bit loose. The bar that the triggers have that slots into the controller is too wide and causes it to slide back and forth. There is also something that removes the soft press and makes it 0-100 instead of having intervals. Everything else was perfect though

I like that the pieces came with a screwdriver so I could clean out my other controller. I like that the analog sticks had ridges arond them for grip and the triggers fit perfectly, but the upper triggers didn't fit. It maybe from years of dropping the controller or it may just be for 2nd gen controllers, but it's was overall good product.

I just bought a new PS4 Pro. It came with the most current / recent controller with the light on the touchpad of the controller. Analogy tumb sticks, d-pad, and buttons fit great. However, L1, L2, R1 and R2 do not fit as they are a different design.

I don't recommend these to anyone that doesn't know much about controllers since you have to completely disassemble it but if you're willing these are really great value for the money and I think they're pretty comfortable! But only works on gen 1 controllers! But if you have a gen 2 the analog sticks and buttons will work but the triggers and bumpers do not!

So everything fits fine and looks good except for the triggers. Most PS4 controllers are Gen 2 and the trigers aren't compatible. Besides that, I'd recommend these whole-heartedly.
