This review isn’t entirely about the product but also shipping and availability. I originally ordered the blue set with 2 day shipping, 3 or 4 times it did not arrive on the scheduled date and kept getting pushed back. I even received a notification that I needed to verify I want this item after it failed to arrive the 2nd or 3rd time. I did want it so I confirmed. When I didn’t get it yet again, I contacted customer service and at that point they notified me they were out of stock. I ordered these with 2 day shipping so I would have a working controller for a good friends child when they came to visit for the weekend. I did not have a working controller for them on their visit due to this. Eventually the order was cancelled and I ordered the red set. Now for product review itself. The buttons and joy sticks feel great, I like the feel of them, strong and sturdy yet smooth. I like the fact that the triggers come with springs as they are easy to misplace. The set came with replacement screws which is nice as the small screws are easy to misplace as well, however these replacement screws did not fit all the way into the controller, so I had to use the factory screws, so while the buttons came with extra screws, they did not fit. The last item I suppose is partly my fault as I thought this was a complete set of button replacements. Buyer take note that these sets do not include the options button, the share button and the PS button. Otherwise this product looks and feels great.
