Comfortable but not perfect

They're easy to get in and out of and if your controller's charging port isn't working, this is a great solution. The biggest problem is that the light isn't always accurate, sometimes it says two controllers are connected or fully charged when it isn't.

Value for money charger

Works as it should. Good thing there are LED lights. I seem to hear a click from it and it appears when it's charging. I was also missing the thumb sleeves that were supposed to come with them, but when they contacted me they mailed them to me.

Does not take long. - Accessory

I ordered this charging dock in December 2019 and it was initially great, it's so much easier to place controllers in this style compared to inverted docks. However, it's already broken. The light broke first, if you plug in a dead controller it will still be green instead of red. Now it doesn't load at all.

PS4 CONTROLLERS ARE DIFFICULT TO CHARGE

Since I bought them it has never been easier to plug in and charge. It must always be at a certain angle and be very careful, otherwise the device will not charge (which is a problem as these devices discharge VERY FAST. The charger works well but patience is required to charge two controllers at the same time. There is a flaw in the design as a problem with these chargers

Great charger! Moderate user

I bought this for my 8 year old. He uses his controller for about 1.5 hours, maybe 2 hours when he has company. Both controllers stay charged for the duration of their use, having been docked for about 30 minutes (he only remembers to charge them when he's about to use them, somewhere else under his bed or maybe on the couch). still good as far as staying power is concerned. I bought it for Christmas and it still works great.

Practice getting in and out carefully

If you're not at all used to those front charge ports, be very careful. It's an awkward up and down angle to reset your controller. Mine broke the second time I undocked the controller. It's a tiny, cheap plastic male part that fits into a female joystick. I would look for one that resets the controllers by pulling straight up. It's my fault I broke it. But I don't have enough brain cells to fully focus my attention every time I try to land or reset the controller. That's cheap shit.

FAST charger, GREAT quality and uses a different charging port (not Android ports)!

The charger is great for my 12 year old son who plays non stop on his PS4. I like this charger mainly because the standard charging port on all my controllers is free (Android port) and this charger charges from other ports on the bottom of the controller. Anyone who has this problem should definitely buy one of these chargers. It also loads VERY fast! The package arrived quickly and is definitely worth every penny. EXCELLENT PURCHASE!

Avoid, cheap yet waste of money.

Bought this on a whim, hoping to keep extra controllers charged and ready. First it took 3 different charging cables/adapters to turn it on. Once it was turned on. Only one of the docking stations actually charged the controller. The other just said it was fully charged. After a few hours it was no better than getting dressed. Then a piece of plastic broke off. One dock worked until this morning (about 3 weeks) until the other dock broke as well and now the plastic is stuck in my remote. Junk…

The charger broke in the controller

I'm not usually forced to write reviews about the things I've bought. I just don't have the time. However, I hope that the seller will contact me about my problem and fix everything. This charging station has been used twice. The first time went without incident, I would say a good charger. The second time my son removed one of the controllers from the charger, a piece of plastic inside the controller that was attached to the metal part of the charger broke off! See photos.
