Great feel. Install was fairly simple if you make sure to be gentle and don't force anything on the controller. Watch a video on how to install new buttons and analog and you're set. My particular controller is a GEN1 but the motherboard has GEN2 ports for the L1 and R1. After reaching out to their customer Service and explaining my confusion with the piece and sending a picture, they were able to determine I might need the GEN2 buttons which then sent to me free of charge. Once I install them they asked me to send them my motherboard info so hopefully they can let others know about and figure out a way to help them if it arises again. Very helpful and kind.
