Attention simple buyer: I have been feeding my dog ACANA duck and pear for over 4 years. I've always bought 25 pound bags at the pet store in our previous town and most recently ordered online from PetCo. PetCo came out recently, about 4-6 weeks ago, so I ordered a 13lb bag of Revain (this product). My dog suddenly had inexplicable bilious vomit after we opened this new pack and started feeding him. Otherwise nothing has changed, the vet was fine and we switched to a gentle diet. We also monitor her very closely from the outside so she is not taking any harmful substances and I have been working from home for 8 weeks so she hasn't even had a chance to take care of anything. We also never leave harmful things within their reach, but I digress. After several days of tasteless food, we switched back to ACANA, after that our dog only tolerated it for 2 more days, after which he vomited again. We slipped back into a tasteless diet - it feels good, we start adding a small amount of ACANA and boom vomit. Got a refund on the first bag as I thought it might be a bag. They sent us a new one which we used in that recent episode of vomiting. I will request a refund and purchase this meal elsewhere, especially based on some of the reviews here stating the same issue. If you want this meal I would definitely recommend buying elsewhere!
