1) The user-interface of this program makes it easier than others I have used before! You click where items go, select them from available list - etc., 2). Easy inputting multiple units & prices per material so one set price rather then two if they use different size screws or whatever else. 3.) Very easy interface which works great with an office laptop when doing more time intensive tasks (like making roof diagrams/preparing building drawings), 4.). Fast computers, fast browsers mean there will be no problems working off home wifi as long at possible while preparing work orders 5.). Ease using web tools like QuickBooks Online through links found online to make invoices is very convenient but has drawbacks depending how well suited its intended uses vs our needs / purposes6). It's better integrated into my account management tool called Asana7). My boss knows he cannot always just pick up phones during business hours without warning me8). Not much needed features beyond basics9). Good way to share documents between projects 10.. I like how it gives me options of different types of products, such as doors, windows, insulation, etc., which makes it easy to choose what kind of product I am looking at. There isn't much room to write down my own notes about each item, so sometimes there's not enough information written out for me to know if this particular option will work or not. It helps keep track of all our home improvement projects, but also allows us to do some research before we make any decisions.
