On first look I thought, ahh rats I really wanted to like this one! I looked like a victim of a Victorian cosplay disaster. Then I turned it down like a Polo collar and it is super cute! So if you are a short neck like me and you are not doing steam punk cosplay, it's a cute with the collar down. The apricot is a perfect neutral! I am BUSTY. I could have probably worn the L but won't return this one.
- Flattering neckline, green color is nice. A but billowy in the back but I just tuck it in.
- Ruffles may get in the way when trying to perform certain activities
