I was looking for a small handbag, not too heavy. I saw the good reviews and then checked out the sizing to see if it would hold up to whatever I'm carrying around. It seemed so, so I ordered it. When it arrived I immediately changed my bag. I've been wearing it ever since. The back zipper on the outside is where I put my big phone. In the front zippers on the outside I keep my keys and keychain in one and wipes in the other. Inside is a full-size wallet, as well as a cosmetic bag, assorted pens, a bottle of Tylenol, and other odds and ends. I highly recommend. I'm usually a fan of leather handbags, but you can't beat this one!
