Review on HOHIYO by Dave Wolf

I had great expectations for HOHIYO, but sadly, my experience did not live up to them. Although the website is simple to use, the selection of products was quite small, and I was disappointed by the lack of diversity. Additionally, the level of customer care fell short. It took a few days for someone to answer a query I had about a product. When they did, they gave me a general answer that didn't even touch on my question. Even worse, the shipping was inconsistent and took a long time. My purchase ultimately took several weeks to come, and when it did, one of the items was broken. I was generally very dissatisfied with my interaction with HOHIYO. They may advertise themselves as a one-stop store for everything beauty-related, but I found their selection and customer support to be lacking. If you're searching for a dependable and enjoyable online retailer, I wouldn't suggest this one.
