The Partssam headlight upgrade I installed on my 99 XJ exceeded my expectations. The quality/design for the price is great and the beam quality on the road is much better than the stock OEM headlights. Literally night and day comparison. Easy plug-in/play installation (maximum 15 minutes for installation). I was lucky not to have to do anything to my already installed wiring harness, but looking at the new wiring harness that comes with the headlights shouldn't be a difficult task. I recommend these headlights to my fellow XJ drivers.
