ARESGAMEAGV500December 21,20215 Years Warranty died 6/6/22. 5 ½ monthsI purchased this on 12/21/2021, it quit on 6/6/22.One of the reasons for my purchase was reviews saying how great their customer service is. Maybe at one time, not now. On first contact, I was asked to see pictures of modifications I made since Dell doesn’t use standard power supplies.From there support (Our power supplies are ATX standard power supplies, DELL usesnon-standard power supplies.May I ask you how did you convert our power supply to work with the DELL motherboard?)A video of testing the power supply with the tester. Tips: While testing, the spinning fan indicates that the power supply works fine.After I explained it fit and no modifications were made I received this reply: Since at first I learned that you are using a DELL motherboard, most of the dell motherboards are using non-standard power supplies, resulting in me thinking that you are modified our power supply, in this situation we do not provide warranty service. I asked our technical colleagues, now more and more dell are using ATX standard power supply.This is my fault, I'm really sorry.They said they would send me a tester (which I never received), I purchased a real tester, their tester only loops back the lead from the motherboard the power supply would turn on, it does does not check the voltage. I sent them a picture of the voltage, showing it was low. I also put a new power supply on and it worked fine.I sent them my results and haven’t heard back from them. This is terrible support and their power supplies are junk. I would not recommend this company!
