Before you spend money on RAM, go to the maker of your motherboard and look at their QVL information.(The QVL lists all the specific ram that was used to test the motherboard. It is the ram that is guaranteed to work with the motherboard, because it was tested by the motherboard manufacturer and it worked.)I missed that step, and found out the expensive painful lesson that four sticks of RAM may not be supported at the frequency listed on the RAM module. My motherboard has a 4 x DIMM, Max…

Pros
  • Runs @ 3600 @ 1.35 for me with higher timing. No rgb but paired good with a 3600x and a 2080 super
Cons
  • May require prior knowledge and experience to install

Solid Memory Choice!

When looking at upgrading the memory in our two computers I was concerned about the cost. We have an all in one desktop for our four kids and the lag times logging in and running programs was problematic. When going through the manufacturer's website for memory upgrade it would have been over $200! I was able to find the Timetec memory through amazon cheaper without losing quality! I was able to order the memory and receive in two days! I was so happy with the experience, cost, and quality that

Pros
  • Love the look fast af
Cons
  • I'm not sure this is compatible with my pc.

RAM without bells and whistles

This review is for the Timetec 64GB KIT(2x32GB) DDR4 3200MHzI am using this with a MSI PRO B660M-A board. The RAM was working at 2400MHz after installation. In the BIOS I had to enable XMP and adjust 'DRAM Frequency' to '3200-24x100.00x1.33-G1'. Everything else adjusts automatically. After doing so the RAM was working stably as specc'ed. CPU-Z shows the DRAM manufacturer as Hynix. There is a lot of 'gamer oriented' RAM out there these days with fancy looking heat spreaders or even color leds…

Pros
  • Working well with my Dell G5 Gaming pc
Cons
  • I only performing 2400 not even close to anything it advertised .

Yeah Baby! - my new review

I had this brand for a ddr3 machine and it was really good stuff. So I bought this brand again for a new ddr4 build. These are the dreaded hynix modules. No complaint here and they are working great. They clocked as 2400 speed until I enabled DOCP. Then they lay down a 3200 speed with cas 16 and low number there after. That is what the sale information said and that is what they do according to cpuid software. Booting fine. Tolerates me playing with the speeds and timing. Seems to work best on…

Pros
  • I liked the price, quality and the appearance. It was all good.
Cons
  • May not fit all PC cases due to its size

Random crashes - my new review

I've never had an issue with random crashes until I installed this ram. I've been using the 4, 8gb 3200mhz sticks for around 4 months. I can barely video edit without either davinci crashing, or my entire computer. Not sure if I got a bad batch or what honestly. I was running 2 8gb sticks by gskill and never had this problem until I installed the Timetec ram.

Pros
  • such a noticable difference when I added 2 16 gb cards to my machine ,,so sweet!
Cons
  • Ran with my existing 3200 MHZ ram and caused lots of BSOD daily. Hard to find it out

After a a couple of months became unstable

I had originally set these to the rated xmp profile, but started getting blue screens after a couple of months, so I down-clocked them. Still got blue screens, so I increased the timings and now they are stable at higher CL timings at the rated 3200MHz.I really like that these are bare RAM sticks. The blue screens were a frustration that should not have happened after just a couple of months, but it happens and that's why instead of giving a lower rating I am giving 3 stars.

Pros
  • Guaranteed Lifetime warranty from Purchase Date and Free technical support based on the United States
Cons
  • May cause system instability during overclocking

Impressive Ram for the price !

Bought 2 of these dimms to run Dual channel for a total of 32GB. These are Hynic C-die and overclock nicely. I have them running on x370-i with a AMD 3700x cpu. My timings are 16-16-19-20-32-48 TRFC 480 T1 3600mhz @ 1.36v. Pretty impressive for $65 dimms !

Pros
  • Internal Components
Cons
  • May require BIOS updates before installation

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Worked great in my PC

I bought my rig, it's got an awesome motherboard and graphics card but it came with only 8gb ram so I bought this to replace it. Works great!

Pros
  • Please refer to your motherboard system specification if you want to occupy four slots. Some systems may downclock the memory maximum speed when you install four DIMMS to have full loading
Cons
  • May not be fully functional with integrated graphics

Fast, cheap and made in America

Motherboard recognized immediately the voltage, timing and speed, doesn’t look pretentious or gaudy, just functional fast RAM that is low in price and made in America.

Pros
  • Supports XMP2.0 (Extreme Memory Profile) One-Click Overclocking Technology, A single BIOS setting is all required to set your memory to its ideal performance
Cons
  • May cause system instability issues

Work like charm ! for my opinion

ASRock x570 pro4 CPU Ryzen5 2600 Just plug in dual channel position and set the speed @ 3200 , get memory benchmark score 2228 read 18279 and write 8746

Pros
  • Improved efficiency and productivity with fast data transfer rates
Cons
  • May require manual overclocking to reach optimal performance

Great ram if you don't want or need glitz

I've used the 2x16gb sticks in a couple Asus TUF pc builds now with no drama, plug and play. It shows up as Panram in the bios. If you don't need glitzy led lighting and you want something that will fit under bulky air coolers with no issues, these are great. For the timing/specs, the price is very competitive. I have no complaints.

Pros
  • Working as intended will def buy only from them in future 🥰
Cons
  • Expensive compared to other memory modules

Stable at 3200Mhz on my review.

Used in a Ryzen 5 3600 build. The MSI mobo auto detected at 2400Mhz. I fixed to 3200Mhz and ran some memory tests. No issues. I'm on Ubuntu 18.04 LTS. Had to do software updates (version 5 kernel and others) to make the Ryzen happy, but these memory sticks have been solid.

Pros
  • Enjoy seamless multitasking with exceptional memory capacity
Cons
  • May cause system crashes and data loss if not installed correctly

Good bang for your buck

Good ram for your buck. 2x16gb 32GB TOTAL. Set timings to CL16/16 16 18 36 54 at 3200MHZ @ 1.35v. Ryzen 5 1600 cpu oc to 4.1 at 1.4v. Benchs just below a 1700x. H60 water cooler keeps it all good under the hood. Literally less then 100 point difference on Cine. 3997 to 4068. Anywho it wasn't the easiest to get lined out and stable, it took a bit It of trial and error but once I got it dialed in I was very happy with the memory.

Pros
  • Well priced performance RAM, fast delivery.
Cons
  • May have compatibility issues with certain RAM slots

Pros
  • Great price, and work as expected. Very happy with this choice.
Cons
  • May be difficult to install on some motherboards

Works Perfectly in the Alienware Aurora R11 Desktop

So I purchased this Hynix IC 32GB KIT(2x16GB) DDR4 3200MHz memory for my Alienware Aurora R11 desktop, it was a simple install and works perfectly at the advertised speed of 3200MHz. I did not have to make any adjustments in the bios. I will be purchasing another 32GB KIT(2x16GB). What a great price compared to anything else!

Pros
  • Compatible with both AMD and Intel desktops, ensuring versatility
Cons
  • May not be the optimal choice for multimedia content creators

great performance for price

i haven't had this RAM installed very long so i can't make a very good review of it, but after a month of use it seems to be working fantastically.if you are not interested in a bunch of frill or overpriced big brand names this is probably the RAM for you.i don't like reviewing things before i've had adequate time with it because who knows this ram could fail next week.i'm more of a fan of things that are reliable and durable than their "speed" or power alone.so if something happens i'll see if

Pros
  • RGB Light Aluminum Heat Spreader Gaming Memory Module, 8 RGB LED zones on each module
Cons
  • May not be compatible with certain graphics cards

Works as expected - my new review

I tried to use the 32GB 3200mhz CL16 DR kit with my ASUS B550M Plus Wifi and an AMD Ryzen 5000 series (specifically, a 5900x) CPU. System wouldn't even POST, the DRAM error LED lit up immediately when power is applied. After reseating everything a hundred times I tried doing a BIOS flashback with the latest version and the problem was solved. Apparently putting a Ryzen 5000 series CPU in a B550 mobo without the latest bios can cause issues.

Pros
  • Please remember to activate the XMP setting in your BIOS in order to reach 3200MHz frequency. Otherwise, your system might run at 2400MHz default speed setting (Without XMP, RAM will run according to RAM’s base frequency. To reach advertised speeds, must enable XMP)
Cons
  • May not be as durable as other memory modules under high workload

Simple, straightforward value memory!

Used this in a "budget" gaming rig and worked wonderfully with the proper voltage applied. Runs at its advertised speed, and is a great companion to the Ryzen series processors.

Pros
  • Computers & Accessories
Cons
  • May not support ECC (Error-correcting code) for data corruption protection

Best Reliability to Value

I have been using Timetec memory for 3 years now for my business and at home.I have yet experienced compatability issues or failures besides for one customer, damaged in shipping.I highly recommend this brand for when reliability and value are a top priority.

Pros
  • very good really stepped up my computer
Cons
  • May not be compatible with all software programs

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Worked 100% as expected 3200 32GB

Ripped out my 2800 4x8GB and (32GB) total that would not clock more than 2400 and put 2 of these in an full speed 3200. May not be the optimal choice for professional gamers!

Pros
  • Beautiful RGB lighting adds a dynamic and stylish touch to your gaming PC
Cons
  • May not be the optimal choice for professional gamers
