I have a bad impression of Everpure's customer care because of a recent incident. I contacted customer support after an issue with a defective kitchen fixture I ordered online from their shop. After several days of trying to get in contact with them, I finally gave up. When I did get an answer, the person was uninformative and didn't seem to care about helping me. It took a few more emails back and forth before they finally decided to swap out the broken item. The repair procedure was lengthy and time-consuming; as a result, I was annoyed and irritated by it. I was surprised by the low quality of service I got from a company that advertises a focus on home improvement and customer happiness. Based on my interactions with Everpure's customer service, I would not suggest their online store to anyone. Although they produce high-quality goods, their customer service leaves much to be desired.
