Probably one of the easiest anchors to use. You will need a drill/screwdriver and a hammer. Unfortunately (1) of the (3) used (3) broke when installed, the screw broke in half when screwed in. I had a very moderate torque drill and the bolt broke in half. The design of these anchors makes them very difficult if not impossible to get them out without significant error correction work, so I had to use a large sheet metal screw to hold what I needed.
