I think it's a good fit for a street bike but on my dirt bike in the desert it only ran 3 miles before the PTT button didn't work anymore. . Doesn't work well with vibrations at all. I took it apart and found that the wires inside the switch had come loose. If you think you could accidentally disconnect from the bike (which happens the places I ride) then you don't want to screw the connectors together, you need something that will disconnect, or you'll rip the wiring .out of one of the Connections. This hasn't happened to me, but I suspect it could be the problem.
