I'm a Group Fitness Instructor at a local gym. I needed summer shorts for working out this hot summer in Louisiana. Although I like expensive Nike Pro shorts. The truth is they will sit whether they are 3 inches or 5 inches tall. So I decided to find a good pair of compression 5 inch shorts here on Amazon to layer under my Nike Pro shorts so I can wear them for big sessions and not reveal everything. They are true to size when worn. I ordered on Wednesday and they feel perfect. Likewise. Totally knee resistant and also sweat resistant. I have a heavy sweater and they don't stain with sweat. And the most important test is that these 5 inch Amazon shorts DO NOT ride up! I wore them here in this picture under my Nike Pro 3 inch shorts while doing a tuck jump and completing a Les Mills Bodycombat class. I say they are worth buying!
