I like that it is open to all transport companies including taxi services and buses. It has also been very helpful with my work life balance as it allows me to travel from home via train/bus at times when I would normally be stuck in traffic or sitting behind someone trying to get into an office. The price is quite expensive compared to other platforms out there so this does limit your usage somewhat. Also, sometimes navigating through the app can feel slow but only because of how busy some areas are (e.g., London). Being able to use multiple modes of transportation (train, bus) makes scheduling easier since these different forms of transportation require slightly different timings. This helps save time if you're running late and want to make sure you don't miss any appointments. Also being able to plan ahead gives me extra peace of mind knowing everything will run smoothly! We have found it incredibly easy to integrate with our internal HR system which streamlines employee.
