This wreath is beautiful. It's THICK/FULL with just enough light and looks like a living wreath! When you take it out of the box you should spend about 5 minutes SHAPING it for obvious reasons. Just gently lift the tips that have been squeezed during transport. Then I put in 3D batteries and lit it. Spent another 3 minutes adjusting the placement of the tiny lights. That's all! It's still a bit early to go out so I can't comment on the battery life but I don't expect any problems. The battery compartment fits snugly into the frame. I don't see that as a problem. According to the instructions (included in the kit) the light stays on for 6 hours after you first turn it on and then turns off for 18 hours. Just turn it on every now and then if you want it to light up every night. after that it works automatically. (There is an on/off button if you want to change your time.) This is a really great wreath, I wish I had another place to hang it. I would buy another. I ♥️ this wreath!
