
Between learning a new tool as a senior and my job which now requires many more hours at the computer keyboard, new muscles in my wrists tightened and they weren't happy about it. In particular, I learned from a brilliant physical therapist that I would sleep the most if I slept in a position with one or both of my wrists bent to one side or the other for hours (I would normally call that sound sleep!) . The next day they feel dull pain and slight tension. I now sleep with one of these on each wrist and the problem is completely gone. who knew
