Review on Jawbone JAMBOX Wireless Bluetooth Speaker by Elizabeth Anderson

My son saw it for the first time at his friend's and was impressed by the appearance and sound quality. We bought it for a birthday and it didn't sound as good as its friends. After some research on the internet, there were several firmware updates that needed to be applied to fix all the bugs. Unfortunately, the fact that the company no longer exists and left no support or way to update the firmware leaves people buying this. I tried working with Revain with their tech support only to be told there was nothing they could do other than a full refund and look for other brands that still work. IMHO, for a discontinued device without support, it shouldn't be that expensive.
