Review on 👗 Esteez Manhattan Skirt: Long Women's Clothing for Women's Skirts by Laura Lucero

So, I've been looking for a "perfect fit" white denim skirt for a long time. The ones I've bought before were either too short or too flared, A-line. I wanted a straight skirt that borders on a pencil skirt but isn't too tight. I am very picky and want skirts that are modest yet flattering and fashionable, not matronly. I'm 5'5", 135 lbs. I was hesitant about which size to order and used the brand's sizing chart to determine a size 6. This skirt works. The fabric is great, not too heavy and thick but neither sheer.The length is down to my knee just how I wanted it.Love that it's just a cut no zipper and no slit!The leg fit is exactly what I was hoping for,slim and flattering, without being tight.There is no flare at the hem just a nice straight fit.The only issue I have is the waist which is too big so it gapes at the back.However 5 stars because I love everything else love it and can wear longer shirts to hide my waist. I now wash it in hot water and tumble dry on high heat. Hopefully this will shrink it a bit. I would almost say a size 4 might fit better but then it would I worry that it's around the hips and the bottom fits better. makes it less humble and fit for the church. Otherwise if you are looking for a fitted size I would order your normal size for a modest fit. I will most likely be ordering more skirts from this brand in other styles and colors, I'm already eyeing their bright pink denim pencil skirt! does not heat up and shrink at all. I still love the skirt, fit, length and shape are perfect. I would definitely recommend downsizing. No matter what size you usually wear, downsize for the next one. I always buy the 6th size, next time I will definitely try the 4th. My waist is huge. Will continue to wear longer shirts and maybe use a belt to keep it around my waist, bonus points for the belt loops!
